Monday's College Football National Championship Game saw Alabama beat Clemson for their fourth Championship under Nick Saban. The game itself was one of the better National Championship Games in recent years, probably since the Auburn-Oregon game back in 2011 (sorry Seeen). If you didn't get the chance to catch it because The Bachelor was on (El Mijo? The Flap?), here are the official Gunshow Winners and Losers.
Winner: Viewers - As I already mentioned, it was one of the better Natty games in a couple years. It was back-and-forth all game and sooooo much better than the Semifinal games on NYE, which they really need to move because they are tough to watch. Overall, it was a great game to watch, and the switch to a playoff has really payed off.

Loser: Pac 12 Refs - The refs lived up to their bad reputation on the biggest stage. They jacked up the timing at the end of the first half which screwed Clemson over. Then it took them like two minutes to rule Henry's final goal line run a touchdown. Pac 12 refs should be barred from calling the National Championship at all costs.

Winner: Cam Robinson - Cam had himself a huge game, including this huge (barely legal) block in the second quarter. Robinson, who's only a sophomore, locked up a top draft slot in the 2017 Draft, possibly top 2 picks.
Winner: OJ Howard - The Alabama TE had the game of his life at the best time. Dude hadn't caught a touchdown pass since 2013(!!!) and went on to have a 5/208/2 day. There's always an unsung hero of big games like this, and Howard was that guy. His draft stock is gonna shoot up because of his performance.
Winner: Nick Saban - Of course, Saban is the big winner here. Monday's win was Saban's fourth Championship at Alabama, putting him one behind Bear Bryant for most all-time. He's definitely in the conversation for greatest college coach ever. Any coaching position in the nation and many in the NFL are open for him to take.
