It's Homecoming Week here, which is even more special at Mizzou because we are the school that started the Homecoming tradition back in 1911. This year, we get Florida for our Homecoming game.
Last season, we beat Florida in Gainesville on their Homecoming, so you know they are back for some vengeance this year. The Gators have a squad this year, coming off a huge victory over 3rd ranked Ole Miss. Will Grier is a good qb, and they have the best corner in the nation in Vernon Hargreaves which poses a problem for our weak receiving corp.
True Freshman Drew Lock and his beautiful hair is making his second career in place of the suspended Maty Mauk. Lock led the the Tigers to a 24-10 win over South Carolina last week. The defense needs to step it up big this week to give Drew Lock a chance to win it. It should be a good game to watch.
Time: 6:30 CT (4:30 for all you west coasters) -- This is our first night game at Mizzou since 2013 because CBS and ESPN loving giving us the shaft with the 11 AM games.
TV: SEC Network, which I'm guessing no one has. So if you really want to watch it, you can find it on ESPN3.
Prediction: Who knows because its Mizzou and Florida
