Sneak peak of The Flap, coming to a street corner near you...
Welp, the 2015 Section 55 Fantasy Football League has come to a close with the conclusion of the playoffs. The Championship Game was a rematch from last year, with Rogo taking on Gunshow. Uncle Todd and Seeen were matched up in the Third Place Game, while PP, D's, Perry and The Flap sorted out the Consolation side of the bracket. Here are the Week 16/Championship Round results.

It wasn't pretty by any count, but I did it. I am your now two-time reigning Section 55 Champ. Back-to-back like Jordan '96 '97. Kirk Cousins was the game-changing move my team needed, starting my week out with a crucial 36 points on Saturday night. Big Ben gave me a scare because of his poor play (Antonio Brown and Martavius Bryant combined for 14 points), but I got just enough from the rest of my team to give me the win. Rogo left 65 huge points on the bench, as he finishes in second place for the second year in a row. It was very close all of Sunday (I got 9 points Monday night once it was decided), but Rogo just didn't have enough this week. Give it up for your champ!
The Third Place Game, which pitted Seeen and Uncle Todd, was by far the weirdest of the week. The final score of the matchup was 166-166. No one likes to see a tie, especially not in the Bronze Medal Game. For some reason, Seeen was given the victory, either because he had more bench points (50-36) or because Seeen won their only previous matchup (162-129). However, after some discussion, it has been decided that both Uncle Todd and Seeen will be awarded Bronze Medals. Thus, here is your 2015 Section 55 Podium.
In the Seventh Place Game, D's slid by Perry to cap off his solid playoff finish although he hasn't checked his lineup since Week 1. Actually, I'm not sure if anyone in the Consolation Bracket has set their lineup in a couple weeks. D's started Martellus Bennet, whose been on the IR since Week 14. Perry started Thomas Rawls, whose on the IR since Week 15. In the Last Place Bowl, The Flap started four players who got zero points, including Stevie Johnson (out since Week 13), Danny Amendola (out), Lesean McCoy (out), and CJ Spiller (10 points total since the Saints Week 11 bye. PP, on the other hand, only had two zero point performances. PP got the win, meaning The Flap finished in last for yet another year. It might be time he gets relegated or kicked out of his own league.
That puts a bow on this season of fantasy football. It's been my pleasure to update you all on our performances, and keep an eye out for the pre-draft post coming in August 2016. Until then, Happy Fantasy-ing!
