America's Game of the Week featured an ugly, close matchup between El Mijo and Gunshow. El Mijo's gamesmanship of picking up Tyrod Taylor and Derrick Carr so I wouldn't be able to start them in the place of an injured Andrew Luck didn't pay off as Blake Bortles outscored Hold Me Accountable's QB Matt Ryan. Jimmy Graham couldn't help El Mijo overcome the nine point cushion on Monday Night, so Bitch Boy remained undefeated.
In other games, Seeen got screwed over by that last minute Calvin Johnson play on Monday night. If Kam Chancellor hadn't come back from his holdout and the Seahawks weren't such dirty cheaters, Seeen would have brought home the victory. (Keep in mind that the KJ Wright bat happened in the same part of the end zone as the Fail Mary). Instead, Perry earned his first victory of the season. D's moved into second place after beating Vinny, Rogo cruised to a win over PP thanks in part to big days from Le'Veon Bell and Devonta Freeman, and The Flap remained winless in a loss to Uncle Todd. At least The Flap dropped Kaep.
Matchups this week include D's taking on Perry, Vinny against PP, Gunshow versus Uncle Todd, and Seeen looks to keep The Flap at zero wins. In America's Game of the Week, fifth place El Mijo takes on third ranked Cash for Gould in what should be a close matchup. Early projections have El Mijo winning 135-132.
Best of luck this week.
